We never ask for exclusivity to fill a position, so you will not be at risk if we can’t find any
candidates, as you are free to give the vacancy to other agencies and/or advertise it
yourselves.
Our % fees we feel, enable you to get agency level assistance at an affordable price. For high level positions that may take a while to fill if you pay to advertise through the media yourself, our %’s are pitched to enable you to be more price and time effective by choosing us. For certain positions, such as low level positions or positions of a high turnover nature, we waive the % type fee and offer a low flat fee to reflect the position and it’s nature, thus giving you agency assistance for often the same, or near same price of paying to advertise it yourself. We will always try to adjust our Terms & Conditions to suit you. Tell us the terms you would be comfortable with - we’ll try and match them. A lot of our staff have worked in senior positions in the hospitality industry, including HR so we have a feel for the industry. Feel free to call anytime. We always aim to offer five star  service.
