| Description: | The Redcastle Country Hotel Donegal requires a full time Commis Chef to join the kitchen.
Working on starters and assisting on main courses when needed you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel.
Must have at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.
Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Euro 36,605 per annum salary.
Job located at Redcastle Hotel, Culineen, Moville, Inishowen Peninsula, Co. Donegal, Ireland

Helping on different sections of the kitchen.
Assisting the senior chefs during service.
Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
