Description:The Redcastle country hotel Donegal requires a full time Sous Chef to join the kitchen.

Working on starters, meats and main courses you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel.

Must have at least 5 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.

Full time permanent position.

40 hours per week.

Euro 35,000 per annum salary.

Job located at Redcastle Hotel, Culineen, Moville, Inishowen Peninsula, Co. Donegal, Ireland
