Description:The Redcastle country hotel Donegal requires a full time Sous Chef to join the kitchen.

Working on all sections of the kitchen with a focus on banqueting, you will be important part of the kitchen
team in this luxury hotel.

Must have at least 5 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery. And banqueting

Full time permanent position.

40 hours per week.

Euro 32,000 per annum salary.

Job located at Redcastle Hotel, Culineen, Moville, Inishowen Peninsula, Co. Donegal, Ireland

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Helping on different sections of the kitchen
Assisting the head chef during service.
Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures
Cooking food to order
Help with training junior chefs and help supervise the kitchen team
Working on banquets
