| Description: | Hineys Pub and Bar, Main St, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo, gastro bar and restaurant requires a full time Chef de Partie to work on our starters, sides, and pastry section.
Working on starters and pastry/desert section and assisting the head chef on duty.
Must have at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery and some experience in pastry.
Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Euro 30,000 per annum salary.
Job located at Hineys Pub and Bar, Main St, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Working on starters, sides, and pastry section.
• Making sure food you prepare is of the right quality and is produced on time for customers
• Help managing stock of your section.
• Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service.
• Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures
