Description:Farro and Fig, at Grant Thornton, Dublin city, requires a full time Chef de Partie to work in their kitchen.

Working on all sections of the kitchen you will be an important part of the kitchen team.

Must have at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.

Full time permanent position.

39 hours per week.

Euro 30,000 per annum salary.

Job located at Farro and Fig, at Grant Thornton, 13-18, City Quay, Dublin 2

Other duties and responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the head chef chef during service.
• Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures
• Preparing dishes to order
• Cooking food to order
