| Description: | Blue Cafe Bar, Harbour Road, Skerries, busy cafe bar and restaurant, are looking to hire experienced full time Chef de Partie to join our busy team.
Full time permanent position.
Salary per annum Euro 30,000
39 hour week.
Must have 2 years chef experience for this position and experience in professional cookery and experience in fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
Cooking food to order
Presenting dishes
Helping with food and waste control
Helping with kitchen health and hygiene procedures
Assisting the head and sous chefs on duty
