| Description: | The Galway Hooker bar and restaurant, based at Heuston train station, Dublin 8, are looking for an experienced full time Commis Chef to join our busy
team.
Full time permanent position.
Salary per annum Euro 30,000
39 hour week.
Stable employer.
Must have 2 years chef experience for this position and experience in professional cookery and experience in fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
Cooking food to order
Presenting dishes
Helping with food and waste control
Helping with kitchen health and hygiene procedures
Assisting the head and sous chefs on duty
