| Description: | Paris Texas, bar and restaurant, 92 High Street, Kilkenny, is seeking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen.
Full time permanent position.
Salary 35,000 Euro per annum.
39 hours per week.
You must have two years chef de partie level experience for this position and be experienced in professional cookery.
Must have experience in kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
Duties will include:
• Helping on different sections of the kitchen
• Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service.
• Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures
• Preparing dishes to order
• General chef de partie duties
