| Description: | Lough Eske Castle hotel requires a full time Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of our luxury hotel.
Working on starters, pastry, meats and assisting on main courses and helping with the supervising of the kitchen you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel and an assistant to the Head Chef.
Must have at least 5 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.
Experience in kitchen health and hygiene needed.
Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Euro 35,000 per annum salary.
Job located at Lough Eske Castle, Donegal Town, Co.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Working on different sections of the kitchen
• Assisting the head chef during service.
• Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures
• Cooking food to order
