Executive Pastry Chef for production kitchen needed, Dublin city centre.
Day time hours.
Full time permanent position with a safe and stable award winning company.
Monday to Friday.
Production, with high standard of produce.
Must have PC skills, staff management experience, and excellent people skills to deal with directors, stake holder and customers.
Menu development experience required.
Must have a high standard of pastry background. Volume experience desired also.
Experience managing and leading a team.
Salary negotiable circa 50,000 + benefits per annum.
