|Description:||We are seeking to recruit a purchasing administrator for one of Dublins largest food suppliers.
Day time position.
Howth, County Dublin.
Must have own transport or live locally as there is no public transport to get you to Howth for job start time.
2.30 pm finish.
Monday to Friday.
Office job with a short time on the factory warehouse floor each morning checking goods inwards – invoices, weights, product description etc.
90% of your day will be desk based.
Software system used is Sage. Training will be provided.
** You must be PC literate – Excel, Microsoft etc.
Very good level of English needed.
General job duties will include:
Checking all incoming products, this includes checking quality product specification and pricing.
Preparing supplier statements for payment.
Recording all dispatch details of products.
Recording and maintaining HACCP documentation.
Dealing with suppliers over the phone when necessary.
Other office related duties with regards the supplier relationship and good inward processes.
Salary is negotiable.
This position may suit someone from a non office background, who may be working evenings in a local restaurant, bar or hotel and would like a day time position.
Once you have good attention to detail, are efficient, and PC literate (Microsoft Office etc) – this position may suit as full training will be provided.
