Salary:EURO €35,000 per annum
Description:Sous Chef required to join the kitchen team of OHehirs, Sligo, full time position.

Full time permanent position.

39 hours per week.

Applicants must be experienced at Sous Chef level.

5 years experience needed.

Must be able to work in a busy kitchen environment with a high production output.

Must be fully qualified in commercial/professional cookery practices.

Ability to manage and train staff needed.

Position will be at our commercial kitchen, OHehirs, Unit 8, Cleveragh Business Park, Sligo.

Dishes cooked and produced include: Soups, Salads, Pies, Quiches, full meals and other savoury dishes.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

 Working on menus with the executive chef and owner for the group cafes.
 Making sure food is of the right quality and is produced on time.
 Managing stock and dealing with suppliers.
 Managing the ingredients and training chefs in recipes.
 Helping in the management of kitchen health and hygiene procedures
 Cooking food to order

Salary per annum 35,000 Euro
